Can I upgrade or cancel my subscription plan at any time?

Yes, you can upgrade or cancel your subscription plan at any time. If you cancel your subscription, it will remain active until the end of the billing period. After that, you will be downgraded to the free plan. If you upgrade your subscription, the new plan will take effect immediately and you will be charged the new rate on your next billing cycle.

If I subscribe to a paid plan, will I need to pay extra for new features?

We will continue to update and add new features and models. Our pricing strategy is based on model queries, and additional features usually do not require additional payment. Of course, if we access expensive models in the future, we will adjust the price or the number of queries in the package accordingly.

How is the monthly quota of the paid plan calculated?

Paid plan quotas are calculated on a monthly basis, not a 30-day basis.

Could I get an invoice?

We provide electronic receipts. You can check the inbox of the email you filled in when you paid, and there is a way to get the electronic receipt.

How can I get a refund?
